Answer: Under normal circumstances, our products must pass testing by a third-party testing agency before they can be sold. We can also provide testing reports to customers. If customers have concerns about product quality, they can send our products to a third-party testing agency for testing. The cost is borne by us.
Q2. When third-party testing of a product provided by a customer shows that the product does not meet standards, what is your policy/practice for resolving the issues found? Do you offer any guarantees to your customers?
Answer: If the product received by the customer shows insufficient purity or quality after testing, the customer needs to show the test results to us, and we can apply for a refund or reship the product for the customer.
Q3. What payment methods are supported?
Answer: We support bank transfer, credit card transfer, Bitcoin, Western Union and other payment methods.
Q4. When will it be shipped?
Answer:For samples, it will take about 2 working days after payment; for large items (over 1 kg), it will take about 3 working days after payment.
Q5. How to ship?
Answer: We have professional express agents who work closely with USPS, UPS, Uniuni, and FEDEX to air-ship packages to the customer’s country. For container products, we can ship by sea, which ensures that you can receive the products smoothly and safely. You can also choose Own freight forwarder.
Q6. How long does it take to receive the product
Answer: After the package passes the customs of the customer’s country, it can usually be received within 3 to 6 working days.
Q7. What should I do if my package is seized by customs or lost in transit?
Answer: It is rare for a package to be seized by customs or lost during transportation. We are responsible for safe transportation to the customer’s delivery address. If it is lost during transportation or it is confirmed that the package has been seized by customs, we will re-arrange the shipment without the customer paying additional fees.

A: During working hours on working days, we will reply to customer emails/messages within 3 to 10 minutes. During the rest of the time, we will reply immediately after seeing customer emails/messages during work.
